International Leadership Conference in Europe
Participation in a prestigious European leadership summit, including presentation of the initiatives developed throughout the program.
Learning Sessions in Israel
A 10-day intensive seminar including workshops, lectures, and field visits in the fields of innovation, educational leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Personalized Professional Mentorship
Ongoing individual mentoring by top experts in education and innovation to support participants’ professional growth and project development.
Support for Educational Initiatives
Selected projects will receive seed funding based on the recommendations of a professional review committee.

For school principals and mid-level management. Preference will be given to institutions submitting a joint application of multiple team members.
